PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper structure for suppressing the occurrence of vibration while exhibiting stopper functions against relative displacement between a first member and a second member, and to provide a vehicle vibration absorbing structure. SOLUTION: The stopper structure 10 comprises stoppers 30A, 30D isolated from each other and provided between the first member and the second member connected to each other in a relatively displaceable manner. When there is predetermined input to cause the relative displacement between the first member and the second member, the stopper 30A first exhibits a stopper function to restrict the relative displacement between the first member and the second member, and then the stopper 30D exhibits a stopper function to restrict the relative displacement between the first member and the second member after a predetermined time. The stopper function of the stopper 30D produces a vibration component which cancels a vibration component produced by the stopper function of the stopper 30A to suppress vibration due to stopper contact with these overlapping effects.
