PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary harmonic suppression filter capable of preventing the suppression of secondary harmonic from being deteriorated even when a load with large voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) is connected at a frequency of the secondary harmonic. SOLUTION: The secondary harmonic suppression filter includes: a harmonic filter 2 of which the output side is short-circuited; a high-frequency circuit connected to the output side of the harmonic filter 2 and opening its output side for a secondary harmonic; and a short circuit line 13 connected in series to a terminal resistor 12 of 50Ωconnected to the output side of the high-frequency circuit and an output terminal 14 and having a 1/4 wavelength of a basic wave.
