PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a large channel capacity with a small calculation amount in a multi-user environment random beam forming system. SOLUTION: In the wireless communication method, pilot signals are transmitted by a plurality of beams, the reception state values of the respective beams are received for respective wireless terminals, and for each beam set for which at least one beam of the plurality of beams is combined, reception quality information indicating the reception quality value of the wireless terminal for the beam is calculated. A plurality of wireless terminal candidates to allocate the beam are selected respectively on the basis of the reception quality information for each beam set, a plurality of terminal sets of the wireless terminal candidates to be allocated to each beam are generated for each beam set, one of a plurality of pairs of the terminal sets and the beam sets corresponding to the terminal sets is selected, and the beam is formed and data is transmitted to each wireless terminal according to the selected pair.
