PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of acquiring at least one picked-up image for which the image of an object when it is bright is picked up when imaging a blinking object. SOLUTION: When imaging a blinking object, a cycle setting part 105, a different cycle setting part 106 and an action setting part 107 are set so as to include at least one exposure cycle Te' different from the blinking cycle T of the object.
