PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable box pallet in which either folding or assembling operation for the pallet can be carried out safely by one person and the box pallet is preferable for its use in a rotary forklift. SOLUTION: This foldable pallet includes a rectangular base plate 12, a pair of side plates 14 and 16 vertically arranged at the sides of the base plate 12 opposing to each other in such a way that they can be upright or falling toward the base plate 12, and a set of front split pieces 18a and 18b arranged on the front side of the base plate 12 and having their sides constituted in such a way that they can be engaged with or disengaged from each other, wherein each of the front split pieces 18a and 18b includes a front plate 18 pivoted at the front sides of the adjoining side plates 14 and 16 in such a way that it can be folded toward the falling surfaces of the side plates 14 and 16, and a set of rear split pieces 20a and 20b arranged on the rear side of the base plate 12 and having their sides constituted in such a way that they can be engaged with or disengaged from each other, and further wherein each of the rear split pieces 20a and 20b is constituted by a rear surface plate 20 pivotally arranged at the rear sides of the adjoining side plates 14 and 16 in such a way that it can be folded toward the falling surfaces of the side plates 14 and 16.
