PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating device capable of simplifying the structure of the device body for oscillating a table, performing fast and agile driving and stopping, and allowing a large inclination angle of the table. SOLUTION: The oscillating device can oscillate the table by combining the table with first and second arm members which are movable members for oscillating motion that rotate around two mutually different axes of X-Y rectangular coordinates, without adding the weight of a drive mechanism to the arm members and also without disposing any large-scale structure around the table, allowing the large inclination angle of the table, smooth movement of the arm members, and agile motion.
