PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing nanobubble liquid which produces water and the like dispersed stably with fine bubbles and the like containing hydrogen dispensing with the energy of ultrasonic waves. SOLUTION: An apparatus for generating super fine bubbles (hereinafter referred to as nanobubbles) in water or aqueous solution is provided with a gas generating means (also referred as a hydrogen generating means) supplying hydrogen and/or oxygen decomposed from water and a nanobubble generating means capable of jetting highly pressurized water, wherein at least the nanobubbles containing hydrogen and/or oxygen decomposed from water are dispersed in the water or the aqueous solution. The apparatus may include a means for wetting the generated gas, and also may include a means for distributing gas which adjusts a kind and an amount of the generated gas.
