PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch actuator device which can reduce the number of components and improve flexibility in design around a clutch lever while enabling an amount of operation of the clutch lever to be detected. SOLUTION: In a clutch actuator device 10 of rider type vehicle equipped with a first master cylinder 31 generating hydraulic pressure, a first release cylinder 24 performing an intermittent movement of a clutch 11 in such a way that the hydraulic pressure is transmitted from this first master cylinder 31 through a first hydraulic piping 23, and an actuator 12 driving the first master cylinder 31 when automatically performing the intermittent movement of the clutch 11, a seesaw member as a power transmitting member transmitting an operating force of a clutch lever 14 or a driving force of an actuator 12 to the first master cylinder 31, and a seesaw member rotation angle sensor 175 detecting a stroke of this seesaw member are arranged.
