PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively suppress the widening of a crack in a skeleton when an opening is opened in the skeleton in repair work etc. SOLUTION: Fiber threads 2, which are continuously juxtaposed in the almost circumferential direction of a ring or a circular arc, and fiber threads 3, which are juxtaposed in such a manner as to be elongated in an almost radial direction, are superposed together and integrated together, so as to be made into an annular or arc-shaped reinforcing material 1 made of fibers. An adhesive material makes the reinforcing material 1 bonded to a surface of a wall 5 around the opening 4 which is opened in a concrete building skeleton. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
