PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catch basin which makes urine hardly splashed even if the urine directly hits against the catch basin, and which is formed in such a shape as to be easily cleaned and manufactured. SOLUTION: This catch basin 4, the central portion of which has a central hole 4a penetrating in a vertical direction, is formed in an approximate doughnut shape in a plan view; a round portion 4c is formed in such a cross-sectional shape as to swell upward, on the side of the outer peripheral edge 4b of the catch basin 4; and a conical recess P is formed of an inclined planar portion 4d which is inclined downward in such a manner as to continue toward the central hole 4a from the round portion 4c.
