PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through-hole reinforcing structure for a steel framed reinforced concrete structure capable of setting a position for installing a through-hole reinforcing member for reinforced concrete in a flexible manner, achieving excellent work efficiency of the work for installing a sleeve for drilling hole, supporting the sleeve accurately, and ensuring sufficient supporting strength even against the pressure applied when placing concrete simply by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: This through-hole reinforcing structure for the steel framed reinforced concrete structure is constituted by inserting the sleeve 10 for drilling hole into a through-hole 8 formed in the through-hole reinforcing member 9 for steel frame to support an intermediate part and abuttingly supporting outer side parts on its both sides by two inward protruding parts 13, 14 formed on the through-hole reinforcing members 11, 12 for reinforced concrete.
