摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staple fiber nonwoven fabric having a low processing temperature during thermal bonding, having less deterioration of bonding strength even when used at a high temperature atmosphere and excellent in texture, flexibility, and mechanical characteristics. SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric is formed of staple fibers made of polyester having a melting point or fluidization initiation temperature of not less than 150°C. As components for mutually bonding staple fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric, the staple fiber nonwoven fabric includes: polyester A made of a dicarboxylic acid component essentially consisting of terephthalic acid and a diol component containing 50 mol% or more of 1,6-hexanediol, containing a nucleating agent, and having a melting point of 100 to 150°C, and an amorphous polyester B having a fluidization initiation temperature (R) of 105 to 155°C, wherein the initiation fluidization temperature (R) and the melting point (Tm) of the polyester A satisfy formula (1): (R-Tm)≤5(°C).
