PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape sewing apparatus and a marking device capable of precise marking to a thin fabric or flexible fabric. SOLUTION: The tape sewing apparatus includes: a table 10 mountable in a state that the fabric is laid out in the X direction; fabric feeding units 40 and 50 for feeding the fabric mounted on the table 10 in the Y direction; a marker part 24 for marking; a marker drive part 250 for approximating the marker part 24 onto the table 10 or separating it from the table; and marker carrying units 30 to 32 for moving the marker drive part 250 in the X direction.
