摘要 <p>A target for forming a hard coating film having excellent wear resistance and oxidation resistance, a hard coat film having the high temperature lubrication and abrasion resistance and a target for the hard coating film are provided to supply a cutting tool having the long service life. A hard coating film having excellent wear resistance and oxidation resistance comprises (Ala, Mb, Cr1-a-b)(C1-eNe). The hard coat is satisfied the following condition. 0.25<=a<=0.65, 0.25<=a<=0.65, 0.05<=b<=0.35, 0.05<=b<=0.35, 0.5<=e<=1, 0.5<=e<=1. In the above condition, a, b, and e show the respective al, M, and the atomic ratio of N. The hard coat can be made of (Ala, Mb, Sic, Bd, Cr1-a-b-c-d)(C1-eNe). In this case, the hard coat is satisfied the following condition. 0.25<=a<=0.65, 0.25<=a<=0.65, 0.05<=b<=0.35, 0.05<=b<=0.35, 0.01<=c+d<=0.2, 0.01<=c+d<=0.2, 0.5<=e<=1, 0.5<=e<=1. In condition, the a, b, c, d and e shows the respective the atomic ratio of Al, M, Si, B, N. The hard coat can be made of (Ala, Mb, Sic, Bd, Ti1-a-b-c-d)(C1-eNe). In this case, the hard coat is satisfied the following condition. 0.25<=a<=0.6, 0.25<=a<=0.6, 0.05<=b<=0.3, 0.05<=b<=0.3, 0.01<=c+d<=0.15, 0.01<=c+d<=0.15, 0.5<=e<=1, 0.5<=e<=1. In condition, the a, b, c, d, e shows the respective the atomic ratio of Al, M, Si, B, N.</p>
