<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the productivity and quality of an electricity storage device. <P>SOLUTION: An electricity storage device 10 has positive electrodes 13 and negative electrodes 14 which are alternately laminated. Each of the positive electrodes 13 has a positive electrode collector 20 having through-holes 20a. The positive electrode collector 20 is coated with a positive electrode mixed material layer 21 containing active carbon. Each of the negative electrodes 14 has a negative electrode collector 23 having through-holes 23a. The negative electrode collector 23 is coated with a negative electrode mixed material layer 24 containing a polyacenic semiconductor (PAS). A lithium electrode 16 is disposed so as to face the outermost negative electrode 14. The lithium electrode 16 has a lithium electrode collector 26 joined to the negative electrode collector 23. Metal lithium foil 27 is press-bonded to the lithium electrode collector 26. The electricity storage device 10 of such a structure is injected with an electrolytic solution, and the electricity storage device 10 is maintained in a temperature environment from 40°C to 70°C. Thus, lithium ions are doped from the metal lithium foil 27 into the negative electrode 14 in the temperature environment from 40°C to 70°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
