摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate a pre-doping time of an electrode in an electrical storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A mixing agent layer for an electrode is arranged on a hole-opening collector surface. For example, the mixing agent layer is made of an active material, a conductive auxiliary material, and a binder. The mixed agent layer having such the structure is formed in a slurry, and is coated on the collector surface. The electrode is manufactured by drying the coated mixed agent layer. The power storage device is assembled by using such an electrode.
