<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic reproducing device by an oscillating material which uses the function of a wall surface material, door material, column material, ceiling material, floor material, window material, screen material, partition material, or folding screen material together as part of the building material. <P>SOLUTION: A voice coil 28 is coupled onto a surface of an oscillating material which uses the function of the building material together and is formed in a nearly plane shape. A magnetic flux generating means is provided in a range for operating this voice coil 28, and the magnetic flux generating means and oscillating material are coupled to a body to be mounted. Consequently, the reductions of the size and thickness of the device are realized. A space factor in a room is improved. The flexibility of an indoor layout is improved.
