<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image editing apparatus capable of improving efficiency or easiness of editing work of editing new moving image data while utilizing moving image data created by others, in such a service as to perform the above editing. <P>SOLUTION: Schedule information is read, moving image files are reproduced in a reproduction order, and on the basis of synthesizing timing, designated synthesizing data are synthesized with a moving image under reproduction and displayed. When a moving image editing instruction is accepted, program constitution is then displayed and the editing instruction is accepted.
