<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistatic radar device capable of excluding the influence of direct waves, even if the distance between a transmission-side radar device and a reception-side radar device is unknown. <P>SOLUTION: In the multistatic radar device for detecting a target, by receiving radio waves transmitted from the transmission-side radar device by the reception-side radar device, the reception-side radar device includes: a main antenna 1 for receiving radio waves transmitted from the transmission-side radar device; an auxiliary antenna 11a for receiving radio waves transmitted from the transmission-side radar device; an amplitude comparator 6 for comparing the amplitude of a main channel signal generated, based on a signal from the main antenna with that of an auxiliary channel signal generated based on a signal from the auxiliary antenna or the main channel; and a detection/angle meter 5 for detecting the target and metering an angle, based on the main channel signal, when the amplitude of the main channel signal is larger than that of the auxiliary channel signal by the amplitude comparator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
