<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimally control a temperature for cooling exhaust gas, when the exhaust gas is preliminarily cooled before it is introduced into a wet-type desulfurizer, to improve a sulfuric acid mist-removal rate in a wet-type electric dust collector. <P>SOLUTION: In an exhaust gas-treating method and a device, exhaust gas 12 generated in a boiler 10 is treated by a denitrification device 14, an air heater 18, a gas cooler 22 and a dry-type electric dust collector 30, and then the sulfur oxide-containing exhaust gas 32 is introduced sequentially into a cooling device 34, a wet-type desulfurizer 38 and a wet-type electric dust collector 42 to treat the gas. In this case, a controller 56 takes in indicated values indicated by a charging ampere meter 54 provided in the high-voltage power source 52 of the wet-type electric dust collector 42 and controls a flow rate of cooling air 35 to be fed to the cooling device 34 so that a current density may become maximum in the wet-type electric dust collector 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
