PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a charging amount achieving profit adjustment between an administrator of a data center and a customer. SOLUTION: In a system 1-1 for allocating servers 2-1 to 2-n to each customer and providing network service to the customer, an apparatus for determining a charging amount of the customer includes: a resource management part 11 for managing the allocation amount of the servers 2-1 to 2-n to the customer in a prescribed period; an operation cost management part 12-1 for managing an operation cost of the servers 2-1 to 2-n allocated to the customer in the prescribed period; a profit amount estimation part 14 for estimating a profit amount of the customer in the prescribed period; an estimated charging amount calculation part 15 for calculating an estimated charging amount of the customer based on the profit amount; and a charging amount determination part 17-1 for determining the charging amount of the customer in the prescribed period.
