PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating clad tube superior in damage resistance and construction efficiency and capable of being inexpensively manufactured, for transporting hot water between a hot water supply device and a hot water service equipment. SOLUTION: The heat insulating clad tube comprises a pair of flexible tubes 1 as an outgoing tube for supplying hot water from the hot water supply device to the hot water service equipment and a return tube for collecting the hot water from the hot water service equipment to the hot water supply device, and a cladding material 2 having a protecting film 4 laminated on a foam resin sheet 3 for cladding the pair of tubes 1 with the protecting film on the outside. The protecting film 4 is formed of polyethylene having a density of 0.94-0.96 g/cm<SP>3</SP>, and its thickness is set to 150-250μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
