PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display device in which damages to wirings which are located in the boundary region of a pad portion can be prevented. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display device includes a pixel portion and an organic electroluminescent display panel having a pad portion which is electrically connected with the pixel portion and is constituted of a combination wiring, extending from the pixel portion to the pad portion and connects the pixel portion with the pad portion electrically; an insulation membrane which is located at an upper portion of one region of the combination wiring located in a boundary region of the pad portion and is formed in a direction crossing with an extension direction of the combination wiring; and an anisotropic conductive film (ACF) which is formed on the insulation membrane which overlaps one region of the insulation membrane in the boundary region of the pad portion and is formed so as to cover the entire pad portion.
