PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit capable of equalizing charging rates of pixel capacity of pixels while suppressing an increase of power consumption. SOLUTION: The drive circuit is included in a display in which potentials of counter electrodes VCOM provided commonly to pixels positioned at intersections of a plurality of image signal lines and a plurality of scan signal lines which are orthogonal to each other, are inverted between two values. Switches are individually arranged on the respective image signal lines. The image signal lines are connected by each multiple lines. When the respective switches are switched, the one image signal line out of the plurality of the image signal lines are sequentially selected. An image signal corresponding to the selected image signal line is output to the selected image signal line. An output time of the image signal to the selected image signal line immediately after the value of the potential of the counter electrode VCOM is inverted from a higher value to a lower value is set longer than output times of image signals to the image signal lines selected after that.
