PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling stability and drive operation stability without increasing the lens barrel size or changing the configuration. SOLUTION: A compression torsion spring 91 includes a first fixed part 91a prepared by extending the top end of an end turn part at one end on the object side outward in the radial direction of a coil portion, a U-shaped bent part 91b as a second fixed part protruding outward in the radial direction so as to form a substantially 180 degree angle with respect to the central axis of the coil portion, and a third fixed part 91c prepared by extending the top end of the end turn part at one end on the image plane side. The first fixed part 91a is bonded and fixed onto a fixing frame side pressing plate 92. The U-shaped bend part 91b is fitted with a positioning shaft 94 projecting from the fixed frame side pressing plate 92 so as to be positioned, bonded and fixed.
