摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a loss inside a film capacitor, to decrease tanδand to suppress an elevation of a self-heating temperature by connecting one another adjacent micro zones so that fuse parts may become plural and multiple in the parallel state. SOLUTION: A second capacitor electrode portion 26B is separated into plural first zones 34. The plural first zones 34 are connected to a first capacitor electrode portion through a first fuse part 36 with a narrow width and are connected to a first extraction electrode part 24A through a second fuse part 38 with a narrow width. Each of the first zones 34 is connected through a third fuse part 40 with a narrow width and a fourth fuse part 50, respectively. A third capacitor electrode portion 26C is separated into plural second zones 42. The plural second zones 42 are connected to a third capacitor electrode portion through a fifth fuse part 44 with a narrow width and are connected to a second extraction electrode part 24B through a sixth fuse part 46 with a narrow width.
