PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting unit which is high in mass production performance, low in price, and can easily connect an electronic control unit for controlling an automatic transmission for vehicle, an internal apparatus of the automatic transmission for vehicle, and an external circuit while having a simple structure. SOLUTION: The connecting unit comprises: a wiring substrate 10; a plurality of internal apparatus connecting parts 11, 12 and 20 which are arranged at the wiring substrate; an external connection connector 30; an electronic control unit 40; and a connecting part 50. The connecting part 50 is interposed among the electronic control unit 40, the internal apparatus connecting parts 11, 12 and 20, and the external connection connector 30, and electrically connects these items. More concretely, the connecting unit includes a printing circuit body 52 connected to an external connecting terminal of the electronic control unit 40, and a plurality of discrete wires 54 for connecting the printing circuit body 52 and the internal apparatus connecting parts 11, 12 and 20.
