PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make comparatively easy the maintenance work of a bush arranged in a cylinder chamber. SOLUTION: A bush 120a (120b-120d) for freely slidably supporting a piston rod is arranged in a cylinder chamber. The bush 120a is formed in a cylindrical shape and provided with a through-hole 121 (122-124, 127) radially passing through the bush 120a. The through-hole 121 extends from one end of the bush 120a to the other end with respect to a rod sliding direction and formed so as to reduce the diameter of the bush 120a to a size in which the bush 120a passes through the opening in the cylinder chamber.
