PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator repairing method capable of renewing a controlling method by adopting a state-of-the-art elevator device having no machine room while using existing articles for main equipment such as a car and a guide rail without removing the whole of existing elevator devices, and further using an elevator machine room for other purposes than for an elevator. SOLUTION: A main rope 11 is wound through a sheave of a winding machine 12 disposed at a hoistway lower part, guide sheaves 14, 15 disposed at a hoistway top portion, and a sheave 10 of a counterweight 5. One end of the main rope 11 is fixed on an existing suspended plate of the car, and the other end is fixed on an end bracket 17. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
