PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide molding equipment of thermoplastic resin sheets, with which material yield and moldability can be improved and whose scale can reduced. SOLUTION: The molding equipment of the thermoplastic resin sheets includes: a conveying mechanism in which the sheet conveying device of the molding equipment of thermoplastic resin sheets are disposed from the inside of a heating device to the inside of the molding device; a sheet clamp frame mechanism holding each side of the thermoplastic resin sheet and movable along the conveying mechanism; an elevation mechanism which moves the sheet clamp frame mechanism from the heating device to the molding device, elevates the sheet clamp frame mechanism from the conveying mechanism, releases holding of the conveying mechanism and the sheet clamp frame mechanism, and after finishing molding of the thermoplastic resin sheet by lowering the sheet clamp frame mechanism toward the molding face of a lower mold and lowering an upper mold, elevates the sheet clamp frame mechanism in which holding of the resin sheet is released to transfer the resin sheet to the conveying mechanism, and a controller controlling movement of the conveying mechanism, the sheet clamp frame mechanism, the elevation mechanism, and the upper mold.
