PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining head removable tool which assembles a body member and a machining head with high concentricity. SOLUTION: A formed milling cutter 1 with a removable machining head comprises a removable grinding head 12 for grinding a workpiece, removably attached to a shank 11 rotated around the axis. An engaging hole 24 is formed on the tip end face 23 of the shank 11, and an engaging axis part 36 engaged with the engaging hole 24 is formed on the base end face 35 of the grinding head 12. A tapered face 25 tilted in relation to the axis of the shank 11 is formed on the engaging hole 24, and a tapered face 37 tilted according to the tapered face 25 is formed on the engaging axis part 36.
