Disclosed are a woody synthetic resin composition having excellent weather resistance, and a molded body of the woody synthetic resin composition. The woody synthetic resin composition is obtained by blending 5-200 parts by mass of wood flour and 0.01-5 parts by mass of a hindered amine compound having a partial structure represented by general formula (1) per 100 parts by mass of a synthetic resin. (1) (In the formula, R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently represent an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms; and R represents an alkyl group having 1-18 carbon atoms, an alkyl group substituted by a hydroxy group or a cycloalkyl group having 5-8 carbon atoms.)
