The present invention relates to a floor soundproofing and heat insulation unit using waste limestone and comprises: a support frame where plural spaces have a hollow structure with open top and bottom; a unit cell which is set up in the space of the support frame; adhesive medium which are adhered to both surfaces of the support frame; adhesive coating layers which are interposed between the support frame and the adhesive medium; covering members which are respectively adhered to the adhesive medium. The disclosed invention is an environmentally-friendly technique that recycles waste material, and the structure and configuration thereof are simple. The present invention is excellent for far infrared rays and anion emmisivity as well as floor soundproofing and heat insulation. Furthermore, construction is facilitated by fabricating same-sized soundproofing and heat insulation units.
