<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an excessively large voltage caused by a regeneration current of an inductive load. <P>SOLUTION: As a bouncing reduction circuit 3 which reduces the bouncing of an inter-terminal voltage of a smoothing capacitor 2 which is generated by the conductive load at the stop of operation, there is arranged a switching transistor 3a with a feedback diode 3b which is arranged between switching transistors 4A, 4C and 4E, and the smoothing capacitor 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
