<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a delay in determining the load status of a BB signal processing part in the case where a monitoring cycle for the BB signal processing part by a call control part is long, results in a reduction in processing speed of the radio base station apparatus and an increase in call loss rate. <P>SOLUTION: The radio base station apparatus has: a plurality of baseband signal processing parts 14-1, ..., 14-n that individually perform baseband signal processing; and a call control part 16 that makes call settings for the plurality of baseband signal processing parts. The baseband signal processing part has a monitoring part 14-1a for monitoring the load status of baseband signal processing per a set of monitoring items for monitoring the load status, and directs the call control part 16 to stop additional call settings if the monitoring part detects that a load status value exceeds a threshold of at least one monitoring item. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
