PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement-filled body storage container that can cause cement-filled bodies to absorb clean water, without requiring additional water and water tank.

SOLUTION: A cement-filled body storing section 3 containing the cement-filled bodies formed by filling a hydraulic cement composition in a water-permeable container and the water storing section 4 storing water 12 to be absorbed by the cement-filled bodies 10 and a heat generating body 11 are integrated. The cement-filled body storage section 3 has a capacity that can store the cement-filled bodies 10 and the heat generating body 11 immersed in water 12.
