<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolation supporting device capable of lessening its own installation space. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration isolation supporting device comprises a rubber mount 2 which is attached to a vibration isolation target equipped on a hydraulic shovel, for instance a mounting part 1a of an engine 1 vertically and horizontally oscillating, and has an elastic member such as rubber absorbing vibrations of the engine 1, a support member supporting the rubber mount 2, for instance a supporting bracket 3 fixed to a rotary frame not illustrated, and stoppers 8, 9 preventing excessive deformation of the elastic member of the rubber mount 2 involved by the vibrations of the engine 1 and provided integrally with the supporting bracket 3, wherein the stopper 8 is arranged above the supporting bracket 3 and the stopper 9 is arranged below the supporting bracket 3.
