<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to determine acceptance/rejection of a packaging bag by estimating the covered state of a peripheral edge of a body part by a reinforcing material from a sectional shape of the peripheral edge of the body part at an end part of the reinforcing material. <P>SOLUTION: Two upper inspection recesses 19 of the rectangular equilateral triangular shape are formed on an upper edge of a body part 10, and an inner surface of each upper inspection recess 19 is constituted of two sections. Upper inspection surface part 22 are formed on an end surface on the upper side of the reinforcing member 20. The upper inspection surface part 22 is formed flush with one surface out of the two sections of the upper inspection recesses 19, and an inner surface of each upper inspection recess 19 is raised from the upper inspection surface part 22.
