<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building which effectively achieves natural ventilation by positively introducing air flow therein, and easily forming a ventilation passage for letting the air flow smoothly pass therein. <P>SOLUTION: The building 10 includes a ventilation region 14 crossing the same in a north-south direction, and the ventilation region 14 is formed of a south regional section 15 having an open window 18a, a north regional section 16 having an open window 21a, and an intermediate regional section 17 between the south regional section 15 and the north regional section 16. The intermediate regional section 17 includes an intermediate blow-bye section 24 which includes a skip floor 26 set at a height corresponding to that of 1.5 stories. The north regional section 16 includes a north blow-bye section 23 which includes a ceiling section 20 set at a height corresponding to that of two stories from a floor 16a, and makes an upper portion thereof serve as a blow-bye portion 23a having an open window 67. The house further includes ventilation openings 62, 63 formed in a step portion under the skip floor 26 and on a south side and a north side, and also has formed in an attic portion 70 thereof an attic storage section 40, into/from which baggage is insertable/removable when the resident stands on the skip floor 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
