PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a position detection device with a display function having an improved position detection capability by reducing the number of parts and achieving a thin style; and a position detection sensor therefor. SOLUTION: A light reflecting function of a reflection board is set on the surface of the sensor board of the position detection device. In particular, the methods such as coating a white resist, attaching a white PET film into which a white pigment is kneaded beforehand, attaching a white PET film on which fine foaming is performed or attaching a white PET film whitened by crystallization on hot forming are used. Thereby the conventional reflection board becomes unnecessary, and the cost of material procurement is reduced and the yield in the assembly process is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
