PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the lubricity and the compression efficiency by increasing the oil feed amount in a piston and a cylinder. SOLUTION: An oil feed hole 16 for communicating the inside and the outside of a cylinder chamber 8 with each other is formed in an upper wall of a cylinder 6. An annular groove 7a is formed in an outer circumferential surface of a piston 7. The oil feed hole 16 of the cylinder 6 is communicated with the annular groove 7a when the piston 7 is located on the bottom dead center side, and communicated with the inside of the cylinder chamber 8 when the piston 7 is located on the top dead center side.
