PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic drive valve in which positional consistency between a slide member fixed to a swing member and a rotating body supported on a valve shaft is improved, and a method of assembling the same. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic drive valve includes a chip 35 fixed to a disk 30 to protrude from the disk 30 toward a cam follower 17 for transferring the oscillating movement of the disk 30 to a valve stem 12 while sliding along a circumferential surface 17s of the cam follower 17. The disk 30 has a through groove 34 passing through an area facing the cam follower 17 and extending from an end on one side to an end on the other side of the area.
