PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide globular silica particles the surface of which is organomodified by self-organizing an alkoxysilane and an organized alkoxy-silane in the presence of an organic solvent, a basic and polar solvent and a surfactant. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the globular silica the surface of which is organomodified obtained by self-organizing the alkoxy silane (A) and the organized alkoxy-silane (B) in the presence of the organic solvent, the basic and polar solvent and the surfactant.
