PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate inserting device which allows secure inserting of a tip bent part of a new printing plate into a groove part in such a state that the tip bent part is set in close contact with the wall surface of the groove part. SOLUTION: The new printing plate 11 has its tip bent part 11a inserted into the groove part 132 of an upper plate cylinder 6A.
