PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk rotary cutter suppressing the occurrence of chipping on a rake face and having an improved cutting efficiency and cutting accuracy. SOLUTION: A plurality types of blades are circumferentially arranged on the outer periphery of a disk 22 at equal intervals. The plurality types of blades comprise: a flat blade 25 having an edge 251 parallel to the axis extending through the center of the disk 22; and first and second trapezoidal blades 26, 27 having trapezoidal edges 261, 271, respectively. Each of the rake faces 252-272 of the blades 25-27 is formed of one flat surface. The end edges of the edges 261 of the first and second trapezoidal blades 26, 27 have the same height, and are higher than the edge 251 of the flat blade 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
