PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device of a rotary tool capable of speedily fitting a rotary tool to a rotary shaft with high precision, by making it possible to form the rotary shaft and the fitting device having a vibration isolating function into a unit and fit them to the rotary shaft. SOLUTION: This fitting device includes: a flange part 8 thicker than the thickness of a substrate 21 of a rotary tool 20 in an axially intermediate part of a fitting tube 6 that can be screwed into a rotary shaft 1 so as to be protruded outward in a radial direction; an engagement part 8a on an outer periphery of the flange part 8 fitted in and locked with a fitting hole 21a formed in a center part of the substrate 21 of the rotary tool 20; disk-shaped inner holding plate 10 and outer holding plate 15 on the outer periphery of both ends in an axial direction of the fitting tube 6 so as to be screwed into each other; and O-rings 13 and 17 provided on mutually facing surfaces of the inner holding plate 10 and the outer holding plate 15 and on an outer peripheral side of the flange part 8 in such a manner as being protruded in a facing direction.
