PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of deterioration in distortion characteristics as a high frequency switching circuit. SOLUTION: The switching circuit includes: a transistor connected in serial across input-output terminals; a control terminal to which a signal for controlling electrical continuity state of the transistor is inputted; a first resistor connected between a control electrode of the transistor and the control terminal; and a serial circuit made up of a diode and a second resistor, connected in parallel with the first resistor between the control terminal and the control electrode of the transistor.
