PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a registration sheet issuing device for enabling an operator facing to the device to easily receive a sheet to be issued by a sheet issuing part. SOLUTION: This registration sheet issuing device is provided with an information registering means, and configured to issue a sheet on which prescribed information is printed on the basis of the registered information. A sheet issuing part 3 is arranged at the upper part of a device main body 1, and the sheet issuing part 3 is configured to move by a moving means 7 to a direction opposite to an operator facing to the device main body.
