PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide segments manufacturable at low cost by simplifying the structure thereof. SOLUTION: Each of the lateral and vertical segments 1, 2 is formed by arranging, parallel to each other, a plurality of square steel pipes 10 (11, 12, 13) and securing these pipes to each other, differentiating the positions of the longitudinal end surfaces of the square steel pipes 10 to form a step part T, and filling the inside of the square steel pipes 10 with a concrete 4. When the segments are joined to each other between pieces, the step parts T of the segments are engaged with each other, and with the side surfaces of the step parts T brought into contact with each other, the segments are joined to each other with a piece-to-piece joint.
