PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transcription sheet for catalyst layer formation sufficiently superior in a transcription property of an electrode catalyst layer, and provide a manufacturing method of a membrane-electrode assembly using this.

SOLUTION: The transcription sheet for catalyst layer formation is used as a base material film for a laminating sheet for transcription equipped with the base material film and the electrode catalyst layer formed on the base material film, and is composed of a polyphenylene sulfide film whose degree of crystallinity is 25-60%.
